Notes:
1. Each jersey file has a matching cap file.  This does result in duplicates that are identical, but it makes it easy to know which I intended to match together.  Of course, you're welcome to use them however you like.
2. B&W indicates that colors were either guided by other material or chosen by me.
3. Color indicates that the source material provided guidance, but doesn't always mean it was followed exactly, particularly when there was conflicting source material.
4. Not all source material matched the time frame and/or the team for which I might have used it.  Many of these teams were active in the amateur circuits when not competing in one of the major leagues.  Many of these teams are very difficult to find any photos of, particularly short lived teams or secondary teams in the same city as one of the major franchises.
